All information, projects, and downloads on this site are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind — read the full disclaimer

Everything on this site — articles, settings, code, and downloads — is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You use it entirely at your own risk, and the author accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury that results. Nothing here is professional, legal, or safety advice.

Lasers: laser cutters and engravers burn things by design — that can include eyes, skin, lungs, and workshops. Use certified protective eyewear rated for your machine's wavelength, ventilate fumes, never leave a running job unattended, keep fire suppression within reach, and follow your machine manufacturer's instructions and local regulations. Material settings published here worked on my machine and my material stock; treat them as starting points and test on scrap first — your machine, lens, and materials will differ.

AI tools and code: the projects here hand you the keys — your own server, your own agents, code that you (or your AI assistant) write and run yourselves. Handled carelessly, those same keys can expose your financial details, your credit cards, your identity, even your home address. If you don't yet know enough to judge what a tool will do before you run it, don't learn on the machine that holds your life — locked-down platforms like iOS keep the guardrails up for exactly this reason, and there's no shame in going back to one.

Everything else: electrical work, workshop tools, adhesives, and shop chemicals carry their own hazards — follow the safety data sheets and the codes that apply where you live.
